Hey guys, well I've reached that point when I'm not using my equipment as much as I'd like to and instead of leaving it in the corner to collect dust, I might as well sell it to someone who needs it.
I'm selling my Nikon D90 bodies as follows:
Two Nikon D90 bodies with all the accessories - $500 for one, $1,000 for both
Two Sandisk 8gb SDHC Extreme III 30mbps cards - $40 for one, $80 for both
Both bodies have been used specifically for their video modes, they haven't been really used for stills all that much, I'd say no more than 500 shutter clicks total between them.
I have all of the accessories for them and the boxes too. I keep my equipment really well so they're basically like new.
Both have been used on several of my student shorts at Chapman University but now that I'm in my second year as an audio designer, I'm no longer being given the chance to make films there and I have nowhere near enough time to do independent projects with all the audio stuff piling up so it's time to let these go.
I will say that these have been the greatest filmmaking cameras I've ever had. The low light capabilties and 35mm DOF alone opened up new ways of shooting and opportunities to do things I've never been able to do before with other HDV or DV cameras. Go through the D90 forums and see for yourself, there's a lot of great work being done with these cameras and you may even see some of my work making the festival circuit right now.
I can do Paypal or Money Order for payment.
I've been on DVXUser for years and, although I haven't bought or sold much in the marketplace area of the site, I have looked through it over the years and read about some of the scams and other nasty dealings that have happened on here in the past. Be rest assured that you have nothing to be worried about when dealing with me but I reserve the right to sell safely, so if something sounds fishy on the buyer's end (ie. you) then no sell.
Feel free to PM with any questions/offers/etc.
