AC90: 2ch Audio problem with AC90

We have 3 AC90's and all are randomly losing the right channel when 2 mics are in the XLR inputs. If I go back and reselect 2ch Audio (even if it is already selected) it comes back on. All other settings - channel selector/ power are correct.
Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
Thanks.

I have seen some nuances when connecting an external mic to only XLR 2, but have not seen the issue you are reporting.

I guess it is time to contact Panasonic.

axelf, try using SET EXT MIC GAIN1 & 2 to -60db not -50db. I have seen weird Audio Level in CH1 when I am connecting shotgun mic on CH1 and Sennheiser G3 wireless receiver on CH2 at the same time. Switch CH1 between INPUT1 and INPUT2 and you will see that CH1 audio level will not toggle.

ja_swaer, same thing with shotgun on CH2, SET EXT MIC GAIN1 & 2 to -60db not -50db. I tried both an AZDEN SGM-PDII and a Panasonic AG-MC200 and they both shows weird audio levels if gain is -50db.

I hope this will solve your issues.
