24p RENDER PROBLEM

Yes you can edit native AVCHD files in Sony Vegas no problem if you have a recent computer 2 core 4gB ram etc.
Just try it, it comes with DVD making software as well.

I had a similar problem with 24p edited with Canopus Edius 5.
But if I transcoded the files first (with the software provided by canopus and CHECK the DEINTERLACE option then, they render very smooth. But then I have to work with very large Canopus HQ Files. So if I rendered the mts files they didn't look very smooth. But if I transcodet them first to Canopus Hq then the rendered files looks very smooth. What's happening?
