I'm considering buying a Atomos Ninja 1 as they are about 50% less than the new version. I'd miss the 'trigger' but the screen benefits don't really interest me. I'm more concernded about how much of a hassle the manual pulldown removal will be. I'll be shooting 24p and understand the Ninja 1 records this in a 60i wrapper. I've searched the web but haven't find any conclusive procedures for preparing 24p for editing (as 24p). Do I really have to do something in AE and render out a new file for editing in PPro CS6? Or can I just import the footage directly into PPro CS6 and change something via 'interpret footage' option? Thanks
