22fps or other frame rates workflow

If I shoot on the hvx200a using the hack at 22fs and I extract 22fps from the 60fps stream using DVCPRO HD frame rate converter. What is the best way to convert the 22fps to 24fps (or I should say 23.976) slightly speeding up the footage? I was thinking Cinema Tools?

This has probably been answered before but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.

If using 720p mode, why not set the record format to 24pN and then change the frame rate to 22 fps. When you drop that clip into a 24 (23.976 timeline) it will be slightly faster. You won't need to do any conversion.
