20mm Lens price too good to be true?

I found these websites selling the 20mm pancake lens for half the price of other websites. One of them is located in China and makes you pay with some weird banking thing and the other is located in the UK and has you pay with a bank transfer.


Has anybody heard of anybody buying something from either website? I'd love to buy this lens, but I'm not about to get ripped off.

I am also interested in buying from dell.camover.co.uk (different product, but same great deal).
Anyways, I wanted to share my research:
no where I've googled has anyone complained about this site
various website legitimacy sites say it's low risk
Their domain name registrar has these dates, which seem really recent but might look like that if they just renewed it (via GoDaddy's whois search):
Registered on: 28-Dec-2011
Expiry date: 28-Dec-2013
Last updated: 27-Apr-2012

After all that, I would probably buy from them, but this last one took some digging and I'm really shying away now:
The reviews they give from buyers of their site are copy/paste from Amazon. compare this example:

That said, If someone has a positive experience with them, I'd like to hear about it as their prices are really good...
 
For me, cheap versus competitively priced or reasonably priced gives me a bad vibe. I'd go to a legit source, regardless of the price. Buy used if you want to go lower than the retail price.
 
Anything that involves bank transfers means you are completely unprotected if things go wrong. Once the bank honors your request, you're on your own. They will do nothing, nor can they do anything to help if there is a problem.
