I can verify that the bmpcc is not in the same league for low light as the other cameras being discussed in this thread.

I have the 17.5 f/0.95 and I also have other very fast primes. The problem is, shooting at f/1.4 all night isn't my idea of a good time. Maybe for stills, but not for video. It's nice to have the option, but it can be a pain to HAVE to shoot absolutely wide open. Sometimes it is an artistic decision to shoot with a deep depth of field, especially to show reactions in the background etc. Know what I mean?
