1st F3 gear test

Just a test of the F3 with RED's 18-85mm f2.8. Testing and adjusting the FF. Ungraded or corrected.
You can download and play with it. I recorded it to the Ki Pro Mini at ProRes 422 HQ and converted to h.264 at highest res to upload.

Lighting was simple and diffused. Since I was just checking that I had a solid mount and nothing moved when I followed focus I just checked the LCD and a Panasonic 8" B&W out of Video out. (HD Y only out for focusing)

Latitude Test





It clipped a little because I forgot to compensate for ProRes clipping at 100 IREs.

I had a meter reading of f1.4 .5 hitting the flowers and shot it at f8 The sunlight was hitting the flowers from behind f32 .6

Dougy - you are on fire! This stuff is coming out great, but I still think your magic carpet greenscreen work may have been some of the best test examples you made. Was that carpet thing Cinegamma 1?

Hehehe, that was the day they finished my cyc 4 years ago as you can see on vimeo. I was just playing around with it . It was only primed in white so it wasn't even green yet.
I was most likely using the Panasonic HVX200 with the Letus Extreme with a custom color setting.
