14-140 Panasonic lens options

I'm thinking about purchasing the Panasonic Lumix GH2 with a 14-140 lens.

I have a question about the array of Panasonic lenses in that range. Offered for sale at B&H are these lenses:

1. Panasonic Kit Lens 14-140
2. Panasonic Lumix G Vario HD 14-140/4-5.8 ASPH MEGA O.I.S.
3. Panasonic Leica D Vario-Elmarit 14-150/3.5-5.6 ASPH MEGA O.I.S.


Is the Panasonic Lumix G Vario HD 14-140/4-5.8 ASPH MEGA O.I.S. (#2 above) the same as the one that comes in the GH2 14-140 kit (#1)? If not, is there a comparison review of the differences between the two (three) 14-140 lenses? If I would like to purchase the more expensive lens, does anyone know if there's a place where I can substitute that for the one that comes in the kit?

There is only one 14-140 made by Panasonic, so I assume that both zooms listed in your points 1 & 2 are the same.

The 14-150 was a zoom for 4/3 cameras, not µ4/3. You would need a converter accessory, with (with may be some functionalities lost). So, I suggest you to buy the 14-140 that is dedicated for Gh cameras.
