1394 control issue with Firestore

[finkelpearl]

To use my Firstore FS 100, I am supposed to set the 1394 Control in the "Other Options" menu to "both." However in my camera that option is hard set to "off" and is in blue text -- meaning I cannot alter it. Any suggestions on how to get into that "1394 Control" submenu under "other options?"

Thanks!!!

Sound like you've set the cam to a pN mode.

Change it to a p mode and that blue should change.
