126 vs 160 Led video light

Hi Guys.

I am wonder if any of you using cheap video light from ebay. I mean 126 or 160 Led video light. Do you think is it a big difference between them? Price is almost the same, they use the same kind of battery, so only things are, if 160 give much more light than 126 and other thing is battery life. If it's smaller it should take less energy, but maybe I am wrong.

I bought this one and used it on a music video in Europe. It works great and uses a lot of different batteries including AA which last a long time. The mount is pretty cheap but I had someone handhold it anyhow. I puts out a lot of light.
