C300: 1080p - 60i

I always use 720p - 60p

But for one company I work with, if all my video content is being used and uploaded only onto YouTube, is it okay if I shoot 1080p-60i?
A lot (80%+) of the footage I shoot would be slow motion.

It would be mixed with some normal speed footage at 1080p. And since its uploaded to YouTube, will it be a big deal?
 
I've had great experiences with it. Not dissimilar to 720 uprezzed, not much info to push around in post though.
