Hi, so I've searched but cant find a definitive answer on the subject. Say I shoot 24p and 60p and add them to the same timeline. Many people say to slow the 60p video 40% to match the 24p. Why must the rates match? What if I want to slow the 60p footage more or less that 24fps? Thanks.
