I just got the z finder pro 2.5x.. i think its great love how i can see so clearly and focus very well. BUT.. When I move the diopter ring (they call it a "focus ring") i see NOTHING change at all?? Can anybody help me out, just so i know do i keep it, Or somethings wrong/ Ship it back??

The 5D has a vista vision sensor, the 7D has more of 35MM sensor. Will the 5D get more shallow depth of field (selective focus) then the 7D, how could the newer version have a sensor, not quite as good as the older 5D?
