Hey guys.. I wanted to know where the best place would be to rent a 16:9 Anamorphic Adapter for our Horrorfest shoot this weekend. (Sat, Sept 23, 2006) Or... If anyone in the LA area wants to make a small bit of cash to loan/rent theirs to us, that would most definitely be KEY! We are shooting...

:costumed-smiley-047 Since Hero-Fest was soo friggin' cool, i'm up for the horror fest if anyone is looking for a composer. Most of my music is dark and moody anyway, so I think it would work well with a lot of these films. So, Just let me know if anyone needs some music. I was rushed as shi*...

HeroFest is now underway.. Ballots: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=60067 and the entries: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/forumdisplay.php?f=88 I'm sure most of you guys know already, but i'm sure there's still a few who live under a rock just left of the salt shakers past the second...

Just wandering if Jarred was going to 'open the flood gates' and let everyone know that the Fest is under way? Banners or email perhaps? Second.. my consensus on most of the entries. Voice Overs. Green Eyes. Cracks on the Gay Jokes. Making fun of superheros in general. Anything else? add it...

I would highly doubt this... but what's the chances of the fest having a few days extension? I personally would say no to the extension, and I hope that they do not extend it out. Reasons are obvious. Some have 'busted a move' to get it finished in time and its not fair to the others who have...

Hey guys.. I just wanted to put out a 'general' call for all of you participating in the film fest. It's half way through the month and it's probably a good time to get your locked timecode wrapped. At least have your rough footage shipped to your composer so that he/she can start the music...

or... Any other tracking/tracing feature... Do you guys know of any tutorial sites on how this can be tackled? I shot a scene on a tripod in thinking hey, nothing's going to move. Then, i have a background that that I nixed from the live shots for a CG element. But, I guess they don't build...

welp, i've got a LOT of stuff out there that would fit the whole, 'Sixth Sense/Unbreakable" vibes (amongst other similar films), but I just finished up an 8 minute short film cue that has alot of those elements, plus the big'ger stuff. +My Videos, Trailers and other "Stuff" @ YouTube...

hey guys.. I dunno if this will apply to any of you, but I'd look into it since most of you guys are making up your super heros. May as well flood them with everyone's fantastic ideas! http://losangeles.craigslist.org/tfr/143017383.html good luck everyone! /j
