Imagine if you could record your multiple settings for a specific scene and the cam recognises the same scene next time you shoot it and makes the same settings. Much less time spent for shooting .....not only useful for camera operators but for actors also.
Who doesn't belive that can go and...
easier manipulation of multiple cameras and recorded media.
After a final shot all the material is in allready in the main base...
- Depends on the type of network connection (cable or wireless)
but could be extremely useful.
used for low shots where camera sits on the floor - also with adjustable angles - like a mini tripod with tiny legs but a large head
I had many situations where I needed this type of shots and had to improvise....now you try to improvise slow floor panning.....
used to choose the type of zoom (acceleration, deacceleration, speed)

Additional programmable speed curves would provide new options for creativity.
-Sometimes an idea needs some electronic tools to be brought to life. This audio-visual technology prooves that more than enough.
I just wrote...
When zooming fast to a subject, the useful thing would be to limit the zoom (mechanicaly) to the amount you need for that shot.
It's not too complicated to produce - just an additional adjustable ring near the zoom ring.
An additional small control wheel could be used for zoom speed adjustment.
In some situations you don't want to concentrate on the manual zoom control and you just want to let it slide....but you need precise zoom speed for the shot, from the slowest to the fastest.
Offcourse, wireless option...
Used for saving recording media space and also for easier & faster editing.
Simple touch screen trimming of a clip with erasing the unwanted parts.
It would do wonders for editors.
I know.
This could be used for faster clip manipulation and saving recording media space.
When not satisfied with last clip, one could simply erase it at a touch of a button, even during the next recording.
Well let's think freely now.
A revolutionary device.....hmm....I would like it to be safe....
Two solutions combined
1. Fingerprint reader
2. GPS locator
All possible....not too expensive either....
It would be very useful if the camera could also record 3d data (distance & angle). Not only it would do wonders in 3d software, but also in compositing software. I'm not familiar how the similar solution works in more expensive cameras, but it's an idea that's more than welcome for many special...
From all the storage media that's available - holographic storage is inevitable.
1. Tapes - capturing, reviewing, erasing, dropped frames, bandwith......
2. Memory cards - price, capacity
3. Hard discs - sloooow start, weight, fragile, power consumption, bandwith
- all of the flaws DON'T...
My experience with smaller cameras is that one is pretty limited to certain angles of shooting. When shooting untypical angles either qiuck fatigue or lousy display view is unavoidable.
Since almost every smaller cam is also lousy balanced in the hand - there is a need for some kind of...
Aditional viewfinder could be made for faster & precise viewing or/when shooting dynamic scene.
It would be carried on the head, similar to miltiary solutions, as a piece of goggles, which could be quickly put aside when not needed. This would be no problem for a company (well, sort of) with...
When recording with multiple cameras, with clip's timecode each camera could record the clip's precise location IN time, as additional data code, which could be used in editing software for automatic synchronization of the clips.
That way the clips would be imported directly on the timeline AS...
