Apple and Adobe made a deal (because they really have to get along, while competing): Adobe gets the pro video market in exchange for Apple killing Flash. Apple's part of the deal was to really flop in a big public way, to allow Adobe's (strangely touted and timely "CS5.5" intermediate upgrade)...
Sorry! This is my THIRD string of tech support queries trying to get a simple answer! Aaargh!

Toast 9 and 10 also say that they support AVCHD video... and do not properly stitch together spanned subclips. PLEASE send this...

Can anyone confirm that Toast 11 will do this?
Will Premiere Pro CS5 do this, without too many steps (seems like you have to export...
Hope I haven't missed this conversation somewhere in the past, but it didn't come up in searches...
Seems that the A-series P2 cards in 32 and 64GB capacities are listed as "Discontinued" at B&H. Is this really the case? Is the E-series all that's left, or will there be a forthcoming new...
At many retailers, the A-Series 64GB cards are available in the $1100 range... seems to me a small premium over the E-series cards... and a lot less than they cost a short while ago!

See, folks, Panny is always listening!
The latest firmware update for the HMC150 (1.20) has been posted... and there's now a Mac-native application to do the update. See https://eww.pavc.panasonic.co.jp/pro-av/support/cs/csregistp2m/ep2main/soft/upghmc150_e.htm
Anyone brave enough to try?
Take it for what it's worth... similar stories to this are popping up around the web...

Well, the extended version of our 48-hour film "Heirlooms" just screened at the Gone With The Film festival, so we're now free to post it online.... take a gander: http://vimeo.com/4687153
Let us know what you think... but keep in mind it was a 48 hour film!
Well, this mic, A-T's new high-end professional stereo mic (http://www.audio-technica.com/cms/wired_mics/5bbed15003fe56a2/index.html/) looked interesting; I found a great price, found no reviews yet, thought I'd try it. *I was just hoping for a decent small stereo backup mic to keep around in my...
