    720 24P footage, audio out of sync? what gives?

    Very long story short... I've been shooting with P2 media for several years and never seen this. The footage is not from my camera, it was from the second operator's 170 - for some reason the audio is out of sync! Camera was set to 720/24p, footage shows up in monitor on camera as 720/24p...

    Anyone using any "portable storage" devices?

    I start shooting a low-down feature in a few weeks, and one of my concerns is a fool proof and safe way to dump cards on set. I'll have a dedicated PA for this task, but.. well.. having said that, I wont be very comfortable. I'm thinking of picking up a Photo Safe II with a 250GB drive...
