By mistake I formatted as fat32. All my files are split. Which wouldn't really be an issue except that each split has a dropout!! Help! How can I import these into vegas without cuts?

Have an FS200 hooked up to an HV30. When I set the DTE to MXF or QT none of the files open in Vegas. Vegas does open my MXF files from my XF100 just fine. What gives? Also....Should I be able to get 1920 instead of 1440?

I shot a concert over the weekend. 1 Canon XF-100 (MXF files) 1 Canon HFM31 (MTS files) and 2 Canon HV30's (.m2t files). All the same recording rates. I will be mixing them. Since 2 are .m2t files would it be better to save a copy of the other 2 cams as .m2t before I mix? What would be the...
