Need help ASAP!!! FS-200 pro dropouts?

By mistake I formatted as fat32. All my files are split. Which wouldn't really be an issue except that each split has a dropout!! Help! How can I import these into vegas without cuts?
 
Import them using the Device Manager. Do *not* just drag files to the timeline, import them through the Device Manager and that may solve it.
 
I tried that. :o( It's not recognized....Oh well. I might add I can drop and drag when I choose UDF and I can also drop and drag from the XF100 card as well.
