I've just learned that it is not possible to do a digital cut from Avid Xpress Pro if you're working in 24p. So -- how can you output a 24p cut from Avid Xpress pro? Is it altogether impossible? Maybe I need to do an EDL and conform with another Avid program.....? I'm running xpress pro on...

I need to output from Avid Xpress Pro (running on a G4 laptop). Is it possible to output to a mini DV with the DVX100? If so, is there anything I need to know about how to do it, beyond just doing a digital cut via firewire to the camera? thanks!
