Where on the camera does it tell you what version of camera you have?

OK I am spacing out on this one. If I set the bubble in middle then rotate > bubble goes off center. tripod seems to be on level ground. what is best way to set level that stays level at 360 degrees rotation?? by the way, this is mostly with my 516, haven't has similar issues with other.
