I'm trying to understand how to read a histogram. It looks like a handy tool on the AC90. Any links or advice appreciated. I can see it spiking, and shifting to the left or right, but I don't understand how it maps what the camera is seeing in terms of exposure. How do you guys use it?

Do most people using the AC90 use zebra settings of 70 and 100 to get the best exposure? 70 for skin tone and 100 for just knowing if a shot is blowing out. Does anyone use any other setting ? 80 or 90? Does the 70 setting also help with general shots, not involving skin tone?
