M morgan_moore Major Contributor Oct 1, 2013 #2 If you want to do tracking shots (walking) you need a stabiliser - you wont be able to zoom or pull focus mid shot If you want to do shots where your feet are planted but need to pull focus and or zoom you want a shoulder mount
