    Vegas 8.0 running on laptop

    Just wanted to fill you all in on something. I had vegas 6 and it could barley do HD on preview for preview. Well I installed 8.0 and on my dual core it runs at excellent preview and get this on my 1.8 ghz latop it gives me preview in "good" setting.

    I connected my camera to the pc and when I tried to capture it said The device "Microsoft AV/C Tape Subunit Device" could not be opened. Please make sure that is turned on and is not being used by another user or application Does anyone knoq how to correct this ?
