my audio conforming seems to take a very long time on a very fast computer using pro 1.5. On another computer I edited on previously running 1.5 i never even saw the conforming dialouge. is there a way to shut it off so i can get to editing quickly like in 6.5?

I was trying to film something today and we couldnt get the phantom power to power our boom mic. is there an internal menu setting to go along with the switches inside of the LCD panel. Lucky for us we had an external power source as well. but if you have any ideas please share.
