    A reliable video camera for, ugh, $40 dollars.

    Impossible, I know. All I have in my possession is a $40 dollar gift card for Amazon.com. I've never had a video camera before and I need to shoot a portfolio for the school I want to apply to. Is there a semi-reliable video camera in $40 to $70 dollar range?
