Wow, this thread's nearly getting more attention that SIMILO did. :) Just trying to work on a non-cliche' banner now. Out with the old, in with the new.
 
I'm with Envision on this one, regarding the DVXTrek Screenplay Award.

In my mind I DQ'd the film as it feature no DVX material right?

Personally, I'd like to know what was the second highest ranked screenplay.

I hate to say it, but in my eyes, that will be MY winner.

As for DVXTrek, I just made it for a bit of fun, just to lighten the mood when things get too serious. I didn't expect it would even be considered for any votes or awards. I am more than happy for the award to go to someone who made their film with the DVX. I'll PM Barry S and get it sorted out.
 
Congratulations TheMacB, jdanstan, Spidey. All great shorts and very well shot. My thumbs up all over the place. lol :)
 
Hey, congratulations to Spidey! And to everyone who's on this list, great work, guys. A particular congrats to the guys who worked on Wages of Sin, Dead Inside, the Beginning, and the others whose films weren't quite so consumed with buzz. You guys must've been the ones really surprised and/or on the edges of your seats here. And enjoy it while it lasts, guys, 'cause the enxt contest is already unofficially underway! ;)
 
Since hienben has declined the special screenplay award, we'll announce the new winner tonight. The original award recognized DVXTrek as an audience favorite. I'll post the other non-prize winning categories tonight along with the composite scores, but I'd look to the written comments if you want the most useful feedback on your films.

jeremy and matt, me and joey wish we were there at the office to celebrate but we are stuck in yanceyville till 5, which incase you didnt know, sucks. but i'll be rolling up with a 32 of cream soda for party purposes around 6:30.
