So my C300mk3 has been set up with shotgun mic on Input 1 and wireless mic on Input 2 for years. I haven't changed anything but today I couldn't get any audio from input 2 as its stuck in line mode, despite manually dialing to MIC or MIC phantom power. I can get the mics not working on Input 2 to work with input 1, so its not a mic issue. Any Ideas?

Wow that’s quite the weird issue. You could try updating firmware or rolling things back to factory settings?
I tried updating the firmware, no luck. I suppose factory reset is in order?
