We all are busy people, but who is going to watch all the films? I feel I owe it to the dvxuser community to support every film by at least viewing it.

I have a feeling many people just view the finalists.

Nice banner. You may get nailed on the size of it. Looks great though!

I always try to watch all of the entries and comment in all of them.
I don't give full descriptive reviews but I try to post at least some sense of what I noticed/felt while watching.

Looking forward to it this fest. Looks like we'll have some really great entries. :)

I watched and voted for every film last fest. I will do it also this fest. Last fest I also wrote a comment for every film if there was a thread. Honestly writing the comments wanted the most time and I am not sure if I will do it this fest.

Each and every film would be fair, plus I want to compare every film idea, tech-stuff, acting, editing style etc to my own. We're all in the same BOX, having the same rules and all, so I'll give my best. Aiming for all.

In the past I have only viewed the top 10 or so but this time around I'm making the time to view them all and will watch alot of them several times.
 
Well this is a tough one. Trying to make it through 60 plus entries is a major time commitment.
I failed miserably trying to watch every Time Fest entry. I remember eventually getting through
them but, way after the voting ended:( I'll do my best this time around though. I'd love to just
make a night of them in a small theater somewhere! Kinda like a double feature time wise.
 
For Timefest (the only fest I have been on the forums for so far) I watched them all but did not have a film in the festival and did not have 50 posts so I couldn't vote. So, I did them in my own time and at my own pace over a week or two. I do plan on voting for this fest however, so I am pretty much setting aside my nights with no major commitments for viewing. I've got a couple boxes of popcorn, a comfy chair, and I can't wait to start watching!
 
I will download them all and watch over a long period of time. Kind of like I am still doing with Time Fest.

for me, I get jaded after about 10 viewings in a row. I need to watch them over several nights to keep perspective.

I'll comment on some, but not all. I will try to watch everything however.
 
I'm going to try watching all of them this time around. It's great to see what everyone can do, really fun.
 
Love Fest was my first and I watched, commented, and voted on them all. I watched all of Time Fest and voted but didn't comment because it felt kind of wrong since I hadn't made a film. I plan to watch, vote, and comment on them all for this fest as well. It is a bit time consuming put you just got to divi them up and pace yourself. I'm looking forward to a lot of critique and feedback for my film this time so I want to give others the same.

Thanks, and yes my banner is a bit too large. Just did it today and didn't realize it. I'll bring it down a bit.

Yes, I'm busy too (as we all are), but the BEST part of this fest is the stuff you can learn from your fellow filmmakers. Look at it this way, a lot of us stayed up for days finishing our films...so what's another couple nights? There are people here of every level and each critique is valuable information. I learned a ton from TimeFest and really appreciated everyone who took the time to comment on my film.

To me, it doesn't matter if the viewer entered a film or if they can vote or not... I want to hear from everyone. Professionals, amateurs, RED users, HVX, HPX, DVX, HV20, unicorns....even 'Joe the plumber'! Anyone & everyone's opinions count. The best prizes in this contest are the reviews...and everyone's a winner!

Congratulations to all the entries and everyone who worked on a film...that alone is quite an accomplishment!
