Calls From The Führerbunker

I have to be finished a couple of weeks before the deadline so Herman and company can weave their magic. Not to worry, I'm way ahead of where I usually am at this point in the Fest. :)

I am sure that the "Magic Herman & Company" could do their work in ten days instead of two weeks - so you have 4 days for the editing, also that they will be not very happy about this. It will be only a question of how many pastries and bears will arrive in Holland. :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG):Drogar-BigGrin(DBG):Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

Well, now I'm being told that we may only be given one more 3.5 hour shift to shoot about half the movie in. Should be fun. :D

I'll start sending beer off to Herman right away! :)

I just realized that Herman doesn't like pastries. In Holland you can eat potato chips with a peanut sauce. I liked it! :) Perhaps you have to supply him with chips and peanut sauce. :D

Oh no, I am really sleeping - realizing all things too late. Only one 3.5 hour shift for the half film!? This is not so easy. Supply also the administration lady from the bunker with something! :Drogar-Love(DBG):

This is the interior of the glass dome (designed by Sir Norman Forster) on the renovated Reichstag (German Parlament). It's possible to visit it. There is always such a huge queue that we haven't been there yet. Silly, isn't it?!

It's quite amazing!

Thanks again for the postcard.

I'm not a big fan of chips & peanut sauce either :) My favorite snacks are sushi & tempura. My favorite beer is Sapporo

P.S. Your card is hilarious :)

It was. :)

I'm a GO to shoot on Tuesday. I'll try and shoot everything in the 3.5 hours in order to get you a locked edit ASAP. If not I will have to shoot again the following Tuesday, the 14th. That will be pushing it so I'll do my best.

BTW, Can I get an email contact for the Sound Engineer? I could send him half the movie and get him started now.

Cheers,

Mike

How is the bunker effecting your perception of the real world? I think it would make me a little crazy. Or in my case a little crazier. Anyway can't wait to see this finished.

Not really. It's a cool place, but it's more like a museum. One cool tidbit, my iPhone is more powerful than the entire data bank of old computers that they have there. :)
