Ditto on what Dan said. This was my first order through Spec-Comm based on positive comments from this board and Jasmine was a shining example of the great customer service you can expect from them.

Jasmine has been great in that role and really cares for all of you guys. She personally handles all the orders and makes sure they make it through our accounting and shipping departments. She's greatly valued here.

Jasmine is great.

I tried to convince her that Andrew and David had approved of an extra 16 GB card for dvxuser.com users, but she didn't buy it.
 
Also ordered from Spec-Comm (of course). Tracking number says I'll get mine on Monday. Sadly, I won't be home all day, so I'll be forced to make the dreaded trip to the UPS transfer station to sign for the package... :zombie_smiley: Based on past experiences, I'll be in store for at least a 40 minute wait when I get there... Luckily, the HPX will be worth it!
 
just got my hpx170 . first thing the dvx100a century 1.6t telephoto i bought will not fit . seems as the lens doesn,t go deep enough in to hook the spining snap ring. might just need to take the ring off the lens and mill down 20 thou. will see. not going to dampen my spirits . am i the first to have on in hand?wow.

I have had the exact same experience so far, they are a great company and anyone looking to buy the hpx should buy with spec-comm.
 
another tip of the hat to all at spec comm. i ordered mine via wire transfer this afternoon most of the staff had left but denise (i think that was her name) totally took care of me!

to sweeten the story, jasmine sent me an email today telling me that if i didnt place my order my place in line couldnt be held through the weekend.

without her, id have been left in the cold : )

it is slated to be here tuesday
