I pm'd John in Vegas and we are committed to helping him out just hope you and Kevin will come with us. Either way we need to make sure we are there for him no one else stepped up so I guess we are making five films now instead of four. Damn we are freaking crazy.

lol that tops me I'm helping out on 4 films 2 are my own. if gary makes his it'll be 5 but no word from him yet. 4 films in 3 weeks...2 in one weekend...aahhhh are we insane or what!

Yup but the more the marrier right Rogan? It would be funny to have all eight of them in the top 8 and we would be like the only people to show up at the festival. Ha that would make a funny short. I got dibs don't try and steal my shizzle, foo rizzle. Yaeh we must be whacked or something but hey that is 5 more films for the reel. LOL

Thanks for checking out the thread, guys, and for the comments on the poster.

So, an update: I think I may have just scrapped the original story I had in favor of a new, less complicated, albeit less dramatic idea. With it, there may be a title change, but I'll wait until I'm a little more sure of what I'm going to do.

Hopefully, shooting will begin in about a week, so I really need to get my crap together.

Oh, also: I don't want to say too much in case it doesn't pan out, but... I may be getting some hugely exciting news in the soundtrack department. (Well, hugely exciting to me; probably only mildly interesting to everyone else.) I'll try to update soon.

Dude! Thanks! That would be awesome. So far, your character will be the only one with onscreen dialogue... so, monologue, I guess.
 
Better hurry up and write it then, I guess. I'm doing the same thing, ie: writing a new story and scrapping the original idea. It's at four pages, so far, and it will hopefully be done before you get out here :)
 
Well I am not scrapping mine and will be working it out as we are shooting yours and getting Kevin's and Johns done. Man we are so crazy...This gonna be so cool...God is awesome and we will make it through this some how..

Crap. I'm working on yet another idea now. This one will probably be quick and pretty sloppy and I'll most likely shoot it out here, but it's been taking time away from writing the one I need to write. Crap. No excuses though; I gotta get this stuff done in the next day or two, before I get out there. Prayers welcomed and appreciated.

I was going to try to keep my leading actor a surprise, but it's been too long since I've updated, so some news is in order.

Damn I thought CB was gonna wait till next week to shot his scene. Man I should have called in to work. Oh well good stuff guys I told my boss I can't work Friday night so I can help out with shooting the rest of his scenes. I will let Rob know that he showed up to help us out.

truly one of CB's best performances and tristan directed the scene so well. its just so beautiful


kinda late but surely you can forgive.
 
I'm going to try tonight to capture what I've got so far. Maybe some screen grabs or at least some BTS in the next few days. (If anything turns out okay, anyway.)

Pauly, I just sent you an email, but I'm hoping to finish up shooting tomorrow or Wednesday.
