Latest news! ENOUGH WITH THE BACK-AND-FORTH: I AM SELLING EVERYTHING! :crybaby: (Was going to try to keep bare minimum...truth is, MUST sell (my husband just made this EXTRA clear tonight! :)) To try to make what is still available and the prices per piece clear, I'll post a new message IN THIS THREAD. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO!!!!

Hopefully, you'll see me back on the boards looking to buy again soon.

About a year ago, I purchased a great deal of equipment--mostly after researching what to buy from these boards. Life has turned upside down for me now and I must sell after hardly using any of it at all. Here is the list, with the dates purchased (and from where)--would like to sell all together. Have original paperwork and boxes for most all. Will sacrifice all for $11,750 (price neg now that some items have sold). I have training DVDs (Barry Green's) and books as well as other items like that I'll include if someone has an interest in that as well. Happy to provide pictures, more details, whatever you need.
NEW NOTE: I've decided after conversations with some wise & kind folks from this forum to keep a bare minimum of equipment to shoot stock footage, etc, and in hopes of my situation turning around soon. IF someone should want to buy up the whole kit and kabooble (besides what has sold thus far) I will probably do that. Otherwise, the items in yellow color below will be sold individually, but the rest I'll probably keep for as long as I can. Thank you all--and again, feel free to contact me at my email listed below.

yeah, youre gonna have to post individual pricing. the odds of one buyer wanting all that in one shot = VERY VERY LOW.

I agree. Breaking up your kit will give you a better shot at selling. I'm e-mailing about the tripod.

Thanks folks...you're right--I should start breaking these up. And I'll get to taking some photos as well. I appreciate the input.

Will sell tripod set for $1250 plus shipping (here's the exact set I bought last year, used on only one shoot inside; everything is like new :http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/375088-REG/Cartoni_F102_F102_Focus_Aluminum_Tripod.html)

Will think about the HVX200 alone price, cherrytime; even better, please make offer via email or PM.

And will take offers on individual items too... please PM or email. Thanks again.

Kris

I just bought Kris' tripod, one of the Senn's, and the Countryman. She is super nice. I met her in person when I picked up my stuff. Just thought I'd let you know.

Wow, I purchased some stuff from Kris 2 days ago and here I am with everything that I ordered from her. All items are 100% as described !

There is a small problem with one of the items, and we talked about a partial credit. However, she decided to credit me the FULL AMOUNT so I can go get a brand new replacement from B&H !
And all this happened in 20 mins.

Truly a classy, honorable and trustworthy dvxuser member.

Thank You Kris !!

Thanks Dxmetal--I appreciate it very much!
It was a pleasure working with you. Take good care!

KATA HB-207 GDC Hiker Backpack: $175 (plus shipping) SOLD
Alternative to the Stormcase for travel w/ or storage for HVX2000. This is one awesome backpack and I’ll include some extra Modi-Vers and DTS Detachable Trolley System by KATA, which essentially gives it wheels when you want them, none when you don’t. It’s a GREAT pack for the HVX200!

Avenger A470 Baby Steel Boomstand $125 (plus shipping: warning, it is heavy, but great!)
Have you seen this? It’s a very stable, heavy light stand that converts into a boom. Comes with counterbalance bag. Brand new—never used. Great thing if you need light stand and/or standing boom.

TubeTape.com 9x12 greenscreen & stand $65 (plus the shipping)
You’ll have to iron/steam the greenscreen. The stand is pretty good, comes with carycase.

Britek: 1600 Watt 3 Head Tungsten Kit $295 (plus shipping costs)
I actually found this kit to be easy to use, easy to transport, and not too bad as a early-starter kit—especially for the money! This kit includes:
• (3) 7 ft light stands—please note: one of the stands is stripped and NOT perfect, although someone handy could probably make due with it (duct tape, anyone?)
• (2) 650 Watt broad lights with barndoors
• (2) softboxes 24x24
• (1) 300 Watt Focusable head with barndoors
• (2) carrying cases
• power cables
• other accessories if desired (claps, work gloves, gaffers tape, etc)
