P2 Formatter Error Code=13?? Lost use of card

Apparently not. The write protection tab can appear to be off when in fact it is still protecting...better then the opposite for sure. This still doesn't answer the P2 formatter problem.
I think it's a MAC thing for now.
After using p2 formatter, i recieved an error code and then lost use of the card. The cameras wouldn't see it at all.....couldn't even select the slot..no green light no orange light..nothing.
It wasn't until after reformatting the card in FAT 32 and copying the CONTENTS and TEXT file into the card, from another card that the camera would see it. Now, I still had no lights, but I was able to select the slot and then do a proper formatting and got the card back.
We shot some test footage, D/L it and got good footage on the harddrives, and then put it back in rotation, the footage looked good and played back fine.
Pretty crazy, but there might be solution there if anyone needs it.
