Most definitely. The dvuxser theme fests allow for you to make whatever kind of film you want. Take a look at a group of films from LoveFest, for example. There's comedy, drama, chick-flicks, film-noir, and yes, even a zombie movie (my favorite of LoveFest). In TimeFest we even had a musical. There's nothing stopping you from making a western, a family film, a thriller, or any other kind of movie---almost any and all can all fit into the fest theme!
 
We're already kicking around ideas for the next film while discussing some of the peculiarities we're going to have to deal with on the reshoot of Act II. My actress Alexis actually suggested this whole idea that's kind of creepy and trippy at the same time... Now we're waiting for the announcement of the next fest and a reason to use 2 gallons of film-blood that we have in the garage...
 
We are going to get marry in England. So we are not in Berlin from 12, july to 06, august and in this period not conected with internet. Afterwards Jason also has to travel for his work. I think it will be probably very, very difficult for us to make part with a short for the next fest. Probably I will crying the whole time seeing all you making a lot of wonderful films, but I think there will be also an other fest after the next one.

Yeah, Susanne, I'm getting married just a week after you, so I'm thinking the chances of an entry of my own are slim. But I plan on at least helping out some other people on their films.

We are going to England on 12th July, but we get marry on 20th July. I think that is one day after your wedding if I remeber it right?

That's right Susanne, we get married on the 19th. That's exciting that our weddings are just a day apart. Crazy world, huh?
 
I would definitely want to be apart of the next fest. If its due date is sometime at the end of october i would have enough time to make it.

Freak Fest!! that seems like an interesting theme.. if that is a theme..

Other ideas:

You have to show all 7 cardinal sins in 7 min and 2 sec.

Well, I'm definately trying to get into the next one. Disappointed that I missed this one. The Time FEst I think has had the best theme so far, because it was really open to so many different genres and interpretations. It allows the writer/creator to be, well. . .more creative I guess and not so confined.
