Followed the tutorial but still Glitchy footage in FCP

So I downloaded the P2CMS program and captured that way, and when I drag the contents folder into "log and transfer" inside FCP, I added one clip through "add selection to que" button, and so it'd import it into my sequence. I then play it back and I'm getting the dreaded "glitch" every second or so.

I also tried to import straight from the camera but same result. Is there something I'm missing?

I shot in 720/24p
 
QT version 7.4.5

ON a Macbook Pro 2.16 GHZ Intel duo core, 2 GB of Ram.

and it's FCP 6.0

The Glitch problem is I log and transfer and when I double click to play it back in the viewer window it has black frames, and the little rainbow square pixels that flash in and out every second or so. Basically disgusting not smooth play back.
 
I just installed the FCP so I dont elieve I have the latest update. But I almost forgot to write protect the cards but I caught myself before importing and corrected that.
