Very beautiful & natural. Maybe a little bit soft for my liking but you probably intended that. This is just another reason why i want to get my hands on an sgpro.

thanks jamesh. it's a bit hard to focus with a purple lcd :( the green channel on the lcd ribbon broke. i'm getting it fixed soon..

there is something about the dvx/sgpro combo. it's just magical.

oh wait nevermind i got it. that looks nice even if it is soft in some spots. my stuff is soft too, its hard to focus sometimes. the guy in this looks nice on camera, can he act?

are there anythings in your scene file you have changed? detail or anything

yeah megaupload sucks. but it's the only place that i know of that lets you upload large files. i might chuck this up on my vimeo page soon.

steven, it's not whether he can or can't act, it's that he refuses to act. i've tried to use him before in a few things and he just refuses to do it :)

i used scene file "smettli" for this. if you haven't guessed, smettli uses the same settings..

detail level: -4
master ped: -6
gamma: norm
matrix: norm 1
v detail: thin
progressive: 25p

and everything else set to zero.

however.... the settings might have a different effect on later models of the dvx.. we have the original dvx100. i think that panasonic changed around some of variables on the settings in later models but don't quote me on that.

adam, get one. get one now! :D
