I didnt see the original, but I love this. THe music was sigur ros right? The cat on the window is hilarious. and MY GOD the GREEN. SO GREEN, so amazing. maybe im just easily impressed...or maybe thats the power of 35mm and mb

Color Reversal and the bleach bypasses are my favorite when I use them on my stuff, Looks good, I love MB.

More fun with Magic Bullet

More fun with Magic Bullet

I've been experimenting with Magic Bullet as well. We shot an intimate scene, only instead of using the cliche "warm" tones in a scene like this, I desaturated the colors and washed them out. I love the feel, I'm just contemplating maybe adding a little more color.

Out of curiosity. Are there any "do's and don'ts" in terms of Magic Bullet that one should be aware of?

do NOT feed it after midnight.

actually, there are no limits on experimenting with a look. as with any color work, be sure to also monitor what you're doing with a waveform monitor.

I find myself using the integrated Vegas waveform monitors more and more. Interesting enough, I have no idea as to what the hell I'm looking at. I think learning it will be on my agenda for today. Google...here I come.
