P2 720P/24P Does not Transfer in FCP 6.0.1? Help!

Can not transfer into FCP 6.0.1 when shooting with 720P/24P. Footage transfers fine with 720P/24PN not 720P/24P. Help!!! Any suggestions... Thanks!

We're recording in 720p 24P not PN. We can bring it in with FCP 5.1 but not FCP 6.0.1. I can see the clips and review them in FCP 6.0.1 but when I add selection to queu it starts and then gives the message of "idle" and does not transfer it to a quicktime in FCP. Any ideas... Thanks...

try trashing prefs? I have 6.0.1 and no issues so far with 6 (on a PPC though, not Intel)

Do you have any of the Noise Industries FXFactory plugs?

Thanks for the input. I did dump the prefs and I am using the new Intel Mac. Can't seem to find anything on the internet or with FCP. Would have recorded in PN but we are doing a HD tape backup. Thanks for the info and ideas! Mark

what version of qt are you running? 7.3 is full of problems... just look on this forum and you will get the skinny on that, and how to address it.
