We try to keep it light ... even with darkness as the theme. Thanks for the compliments on the setup, my girlfriend Marie and I just bought this townhome, and she just happens to be a manager over at the local Best Buy ... hence ... awesome discounted stuff. If you we're wondering, it's a:

Samsung 42" 720p DLP
Samsumg Upscaling DVD
Pioneer 7.1 Receiver
Klispch synergy series speakers (custom installed surrounds)
Martin Logan Dynamo Subwoofer

EDIT: oh ... can't forget about the nintendo wii :)

still gotta make the jump to 1080p and hd-dvd or blu-ray, but i think it rocks for the space it's in.

Thanks Mentat, like I said before, good to see you in this too, i'm looking forward to seeing how good you've got with that 35mm adapter!
 
might as well give you guys a production update as well. I'm currently locking down some color correction limit effects, and we're anxiously awaiting to see what Herman has put together for us in the score department.

Look forward to another creepy diary entry from John Abbott Mitchell and some grabs soon.

Thanks a lot Mike. The funny thing is, that it is mostly a performance piece, and we really feel Davis knocked it out of the park, we hope it's a treat for you.

Just got our first draft of sound design and score from Herman today. WOW ... Ben=Excited. :)
 
Geeez, that grab with the (I'm guessing) cigarette butt is Wicked Looking!

There's something about B&W that just sets a really intense mood.

it was very nice having a person on set who was completely dedicated to the lighting, Jesse is a real artist.

Hehehe, thanks Ben! Believe it or not, not one single dolly shot in our whole movie...Uhggg...

You need to hang on to Jesse, that's beautiful lighting!!!
