Well this week has been a stinker. I have been up and down Japan running around like a pig, yeah sweaty.

So I am drawing up a business proposal today - 3 hours work and the power dies. I went down to the switchboard and on it comes. Did I save anything? Nope. Not a thing. *#_@*$@*_* Damn *$*#($. My week has been a stinker :S

Feel free to share your hot weather rage.
 
Yeah I agree. I had a UPS, but was old and died. Never replaced. Too bad.

Anyway, just been playing Wii sports and relaxing feel much better :)

Normally I would do it on my laptop for the kind of thing I was doing. Not today though :S Laptop is fine until your rendering.
 
I did a 2-hour live-on-tape multicam Steadicam shoot today in a hokey rink that was being used as an arena for a concert. I'm pretty damn sure there was no ice under the flooring, beacuse DAMN that was hot in there.
Not that outside was much better, I almost burnt my hand on one of my cases taking it out of the car.


- Mikko ... will be washing his Steadicam vest tommorrow.
 
I ended up taking a last minute tour of a concert band for another commander of our air force bands... living in northern california I forgot what humidity was. Out here in Chicagoland it is HOT HOT HOT!!

All outdoor park concerts.

But I WILL WILL WILL ONLY wear one shirt this entire tour!!! Haa! ugh.

As I mentioned to you, I went to mt. Fuji. Man, it was so crowded. Can you imagine going on top of a 3760m high mountain and you have to walk slowly in a queue?! During the night is was freaking cold and the wind was blowing crazy. Once the sun was up, it was sooo hot and soooo dusty!! The ugliest mountain ever!

But the sunrise really made it. It was worth the long trip.
 
We just installed ceiling fans, but it's been unusually cool this year and we've hardly gotten to use them. That sucks.

Turn 'em on at night, put on your IR goggles, and pretend your cat is an arctic fox that you're stalking... in the arctic. :laugh:
