It's what I heard from Steve the buyer at Abel. Things change of course as we all know.
He definitely mentioned a 20 card order from Hoodman, and would be evaluating the card soon. And if I'm not mistaken he said that Hoodman cards would be arriving sooner than the Panasonics. I could have misinterpreted what he said, so don't take it as gospel, just passing along the info for whatever it's worth.

Dont kill the messenger as they say. Sorry broken jack, i guess i was just expressing worry, did not mean to discredit you. I think we all want p2 cards faster. In my case whatever brand, i dont care.

I have a feeling once the initial bum rush of HPXs runs its course there will be a proverbial horn of plenty. Veruca Salt said it best though.

Hi everyone.
Bill here from Videoscope, as soon as Barry listed we had cards, they sold out within 10 hours but i have 31 on order thinking of ordering more. The last I heard was Panasonic was saving the 16gig cards to bundle with the higher end camera bundles. As soon as they come in, I will post a note to let everyone know they arrived.
The HVX200 cameras, I am down to about 8 in stock but I order in bundles of 25 trying to maintain inventory.

I just got a notice saying that BH just shipped my 16gb card. the one I bought and paid for the week of NAB. Meh. But they have them and are shipping finally!
