Sent mine. DVInfo had a big firm-ware modification poll that Chris Hurd presented to the Canon booth at NAB. I think they may actualy do something because he gave it to the firmware programmers.

Got a call from a man from Canon just now and he says that they do monitor the boards. He also said he appreciated those of us who love their equipment.

He said they do monitor the boards, and that they would help out if there was a certain un-answered question, but since there aren't they never post.

I don't think he knows about the DVinfo poll, so he didn't mention the firmware updates we all want.
