Hey all,

is there any way to view p2 mxf footage on a mac before importing it into fcp besides p2 log/pro?

I may attempt parralels with win 2000 but it seems like there has to be a simple solution. Isnt there gonna be some support eventualy for quicktime or some sort of mac media player.

I am hoping nab will bring something forth, but I just wish there was a simple utility that is not to pricey (p2 log is 150, pro 200).

I tried surfing the forum for an easy answer, but it is tough searching the terms mac, pc, log and pro, typically drops these terms and their are a lot of posts to look through.

thanks guys! :dankk2:

By the time you install parallels and Windows XP, you're at about $150.00.

But remember, you have to have FCP's DVCProHD codecs install to use p2 Log. imagine has a utility to do that from the FCP install discs.
