Lots of great equipment for sale..

I'm setting up payment accounts now and should be complete by Monday. Like I mentioned in the original post, some prices on the equipment are flexible....Not everything, but most. All of the camera's have extra stuff that I was going to throw in there anyway.

You agreed to a sale and now you are telling me the filters are sold?
You mean you got a higher offer. I took your word from your message quoted below that we had an agreement of sale. You never mentioned any contingencies within this or any previous message of yours.

From your last message on 4-13-07:

Now, I realize those filters cost significantly more that what you priced them at. I assumed you were firesale pricing them in light of the amount of stuff you were trying to move. If you had told me you thought you acted hastily and priced them incorrectly, I would have been totally open to dialogue. I’m reasonable and fair. We could have come to another agreement that benefits you and still benefits me. However, for you to just back out after making an agreement, now telling me someone else got there first????...that is just plain dishonest.

I would strongly advise you to reconsider the manner in which you choose to do business within this community or any other.

I also sent marc an email on Fri, when he posted the stuff and made an offer on the camera which he said yes to and then sold it to someone else, that;s not cool i even turned downed someone else on there camera now i lost out on that, very un cool Marc
 
WOW, you are kidding me!! this was posted at 6:17 am on friday, I sent him a PM at 6:46 am before there were any pm's posted, Then I saw tons of people interested and sent this....
I know you have a lot of pm's in your box. However I hope you give me first shot at those Items I asked about.

Haven't heard from him yet, I am guessing everything got sold eh? Not good bro, I turned down other opportunities as well since friday. When you said "I will" I figured, I had dibs, I wouldnt bother you anymore. You were probably busy selling the other items. You need to be honest and up front about it, and not leave people hangin like that.
