In the past i have done a lot of business with mediasupplystore in AL due to the slightly better price. Everything was great until i needed customer support. I CAN GET BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM B&H, ADORAMA vs from these guys.

Now I avoid them like the plaque, i would not spend a single cent of my money with them even if they have slighly cheaper prices.

FWIW I've gotten great customer support from mediasupplystore.com. The guy I deal with there is Chris B. He has always been very knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiries.

Of course, I've had good experiences with B&H also.

You can get the HV20 for a whole lot less than that from www.mediasupplystore.com, which is also a Canon authorized reseller.

I live here in Birmingham and visit their showroom once a month or so... I bought my A1 from them and they are fairly knowledgeable about the majority of the products they sell... Haven't had to deal with any support from them so I can't comment on that... Overall good luck with em!
