Envision & RebeccaD Present "Berlin"

I do what I can.... Seriously though, thanks so much everyone for the encouragement and ideas for this film. We are excited for it all to come together and appreciate any feedback, questions, etc.

Oh yeah, baby....it's going to be hot! Lol.

So is this going to be another lingerie role for you, Rebecca? I'll definitely make sure to watch this one... (your husband doesn't read these posts, does he?)

Ahem, they were boyshorts, not lingerie, lol. The only way I could talk Rebecca into that outfit for R.E.M., was because I reminded her of the fact that 'most' bathing suits (well, most bikinis anyway) reveal more than that would/did.

And yep, Tommy, he does read these posts ... and he has a TON of air miles racked up too, so travel is not a problem for him. Tread carefully, lol.

UPDATE: Rebecca & I have just earned our first beating with regards to script writing. We both think so much alike, and were both so close to the characters we were writing, that we just learned we were seeing things differently than the audience might, based on feedback we've rec'd from several different readers.

Today's deliberation is going to be deciding on what we do differently to the characters with regards to final outcome ... hopefully it'll be as powerful as what we originally intended, but it'll at least be a more satisfying ending apparently.

It turns out people don't think having the lead characters choke to death on mustard gas is as romantic as we thought it was! :cheesy:

I can see you talking her into wearing that as her wardrobe.

Yeah, I figured he probably does... lol

hahaha!! Now that would get my vote for best plot twist.

Norm was quite the salesman, believe me. Lol. He was right though that most bikinis are much less material, so I was practically wearing a mu-mu, right? :engel017:

umm, no comment......

Norm, speaking from a girl's point of view, would you by chance, be taking off your shirt again... ha ha, bet you never thought you'd hear that in this male driven site, huh? Rebecca, you kick butt girl.

Trust me, that was no mu-mu... :)

So, Norm, how's the casting process coming along?

Yeah he's a bastard for pulling off a ribbed sweater so well at his and my age. I'll say it again. Bastard! :)

- Scuttled into the corner slightly with his popcorn, at the sound of the swearing man. A sight he's never seen before.....continued munching. -

O_O

He changed his display picture... =/

Tommy, Rebecca will look great in this, believe me, but nope ... no boyshorts, lingerie, etc. :) Also, the casting process looks like it's just expanded or shifted slightly. Rebecca & I just discussed the script further today for the changes I'll make tonight ... I believe we're in the right direction with it now for a more 'satisfying ending'.

Robert/Ted, glad you guys found the mustard gas line so humerous!

Charli, thanks for the inquiry, lol. The short answer is no.

Jack, ANYONE can wear a ribbed sweater ... they come in all kinds of sizes (S, M, L, etc.). Mine was actually a XXXL just so that it didn't squeeze me like a tube of toothpaste & reveal all the rolls. :)

Shawn, remember I was telling you Tim made all those prop swords for Lucas Films? I talked to him yesterday. The name of the movie is 300.

No way! That's awesome. I saw 300 twice already and am planning my third trip. What did he make for the movie?

Um, Shawn, I think James stated he made the prop swords, lol. :) I really enjoyed the film too, and wouldn't mind seeing it again with another group of guys. I actually think my wife would like it too, surprisingly.

Gosh, you must have thought the current ending was REALLY sad, lol. Well, as much as I was hoping to get to it tonight, I can't. I'm having software issues on my laptop, and my PC is busy rendering out a massive client project right now, so it'll have to wait until tomorrow. Regardless, I'll look forward to getting the revised draft to you to check out.

OMG, Norm... don't even start with the computer issues again. I can't take it!

Glad to hear 300 is a good flick. I just watched the History Channel special on that conflict.... wow. Amazing. I am looking forward to the feature!

It's a pretty mild issue, actually, and just gives me an excuse to take it easier tonight. Not a bad thing at all. I'd love to watch that History Channel special on it the 300 conflict. It just dawned on me the other day about one of the stories of Gideon, who was one of the Judges for the Hebrews in the Old Testament. He also went to battle with only 300 men, I believe ... but he won his battles, lol. Also a pretty interesting story.

Just updated the front page with revised poster by the amazingly talented Jeremy Tuttle. He also put together a wallpaper, which can be seen & downloaded on the second post of the 1st page.

You rock, Jeremy!

Poster looks GREAT Norm/Jeremy. I love that actor TBD. I see him everywhere!!! :)

Yes, that History Channel presentation was pretty dang good. I'll see if I can track down the next viewing and let you know about it.

Norm...Norm...I know he said he made swords, but there are a hell of a lot of swords in that movie (Spartan swords, Immortal Ninja swords, Persian grunt swords, Persian fancy swords, etc.).

Chantelle saw it with me on my second viewing and really enjoyed it and said she wouldn't mind a second screening.
