Steadicam Flyer for sale

I just finished up shooting my feature and have decided to sell my Steadicam Flyer. It is in excellent condition and has only seen light use on one project by myself. It includes:

Flyer vest, arm, and sled with monitor
balancing stand
carrying case
2 BFB V-mount batteries and charger
instructional video

I would like to get $5250 including shipping for it but will consider reasonable offers as well. Please PM me or email me at travis@redstarpictures.com

That's a fantastic price. Anyone who is on the fence should seriously think about taking up this offer.

Yeah I agree, that's a great price for a Flyer. AND it includes batteries and a charger!
Post a couple of good pics and it should sell in no time
You should almost be asking a little more for it!

I have no personal interest in this item.

Mikko,
I agree, I should be asking a bit more for it but now that the word is out I guess I should stick to my price. Oh well.:(

I will try to get some pics up in the next few days if I get some time and it hasn't sold.

Here are some pics:

Guys, do your homework: www.steadicam.com -> Flyer (not hard)

It'll hold 15lb, that incldues a HVX+M2, etc.. But for god sakes pease run a search and look at the topics about the Flyer and the dicussions of 35mm adapters on Steadicam (There's even a thread specifically for this set up!)

$5k is a lot of green, worth dooing some reading before you buy!

Before posting the question, I went to the website and even downloaded the flyer literature pdf. No where did it say 15lbs. I re-checked it after reading your post and found it on page 5 of the manual. IF someone is selling a product.. I dont think it's too much to ask the seller directly for questions to be answered. In addition, weight load should be straight up on the flyer page section of the website..it shouldn't be buried on the 5th page of the downloadable manual.

The weight range is 5-15 lbs, which is usually listed in any flyer ad I have seen. As for the M2, I had a Brevis 35 on my HVX and had set that up on the flyer before so it should also work fine with the M2.

Price lowered to to $5150 shipped in the 48 states. I can accept cashiers checks, paypal and visa/mastercard.

I sent you an E-Mail. Where did you get these batteries. I have a guess, but I just want to confirm.
