Brand confusion - Red Exerciser

I just saw a commercial on TV featuring an incredibly lame fitness product called Red. They even use a similar logo. Ugh. You can check it out at:

Also I like the benefit that it can reduce the risk of premature death lol!

I might buy one and mod it to be the first user developed accessory for the Red camera, lets face it I won't have to do much rebranding.

i don't think there's much confusion between the two. there are several other "live" trademarks called the red but red camera system is filed as red one:
